Eligibility and Age Limit
All babu services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or taking part in any betting activity.

- The user must register with an active mobile number and a valid email address.
- Each person may operate only one account; multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.

Account Registration
It is the user's responsibility to keep all personal information provided during babu registration — such as name, date of birth, mobile number, and mobile banking account details — accurate and up to date.
Account Security
The user must keep their password and login details completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access to the account, babu support must be notified immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)
babu may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may need to be submitted for verification. babu reserves the right to hold withdrawals if verification is not completed in time.
- Only one account is permitted per user.
- Opening multiple accounts with the same mobile number or email is prohibited.
- The payment method used on the account must belong to the account holder.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit amount at babu is ৳500 (five hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Amounts below these minimums cannot be processed in either case.
Payment Methods
babu currently supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile financial services. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used for both deposits and withdrawals. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
Withdrawal Process
Successfully verified withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, this time may vary if verification is not complete or if unusual activity is suspected.
- The mobile number used for withdrawal must match the number registered on the account.
- Deposited funds must only be used for legitimate gaming activity.
- If a suspicious transaction is identified, the withdrawal will remain on hold until verification is complete.
- The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
Bonuses and Promotions
babu's welcome bonus is 200% on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning the bonus funds must be wagered 20 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and the wagering required is ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.
Other Promotions
- Weekly babu Reload: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18 times, once per week.
- babu Slot Festival Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 22 times, for slot games only.
- Cricket Season Reward: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, wagering 20 times, for cricket events.
- babu Birthday Gift: up to ৳1,500, wagering 10 times, awarded automatically each year.
- Refer a Friend, Get babu Bonus: up to ৳2,000, wagering 12 times, for each successful referral.
General Bonus Terms
- The specified minimum deposit must be made before claiming a bonus.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the terms specifically state otherwise.
- babu reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the account will be subject to investigation.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity on babu is conducted according to specific rules. Each game has its own rules that should be read before starting.
Sports Betting
In sports betting, bet outcomes are calculated according to the defined rules. If an event is cancelled or postponed, that bet will be void and the stake will be returned. babu is not liable for any technical issues during live betting.
Casino and Slot Games
The results of casino games and slot games are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). RTP (Return to Player) information is available in the game interface. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a system error, the correct result will be considered final.
- VIP cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week.
- If the connection drops during a game, play can resume from the last server-saved state.
- Incorrect amounts displayed due to technical errors are not final.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the babu platform. babu reserves the right to close accounts and confiscate all funds if these rules are violated.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Attempting to meet bonus terms through fraudulent means (bonus abuse).
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
- Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- Coordinated or collusive betting activity with other users.
Account Suspension and Closure
babu reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of rule violations or suspected suspicious activity.
Voluntary Account Closure
If a user wishes to close their account, they can contact the support team via live chat or email. Any eligible balance remaining in the account can be withdrawn before closure. Self-exclusion and limit-setting options are also available under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
After Account Closure
- Funds in accounts closed due to rule violations will not be returned.
- The valid balance of a voluntarily closed account can be withdrawn.
- Data associated with a closed account will be retained in accordance with the data policy.
